Shipping costs and delivery

The exact shipping costs for your order will be displayed in your shopping cart after you have entered your delivery address and chosen the shipping method (Standard or Express). Once payment has been received, your order is usually processed and dispatched within one working day. You can view the specific delivery times for your destination country here.

The maximum weight for parcel shipments is 31.5 kg per package, both domestically and internationally. If your order exceeds this weight, we will ship your goods in multiple parcels or, if necessary, on a pallet.

In your customer account and during the checkout process, you have the option to adjust your delivery address.

No, we do not deliver to parcel lockers. Our shipping partner, DPD, does not offer this service.

For scheduling freight deliveries, we request your phone number so we can arrange a delivery time with you. Depending on the items being delivered, a forklift or tail lift may be necessary for unloading. If required, we will ask you about these details before delivery. After we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email. This will include a link to your customer account, where you can view your order status. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping provider, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment.

Our standard shipping option offers reliable delivery within 1 to 10 working days, depending on the destination country. Orders weighing up to 150 kg are shipped as parcels via DPD to your destination. For more information on delivery times for specific countries, please refer to this link.

If your order and payment are completed by 12:00 PM, express shipping with DHL Express is available within the EU. Delivery typically occurs the next working day by 6:00 PM (excluding Saturdays).

Orders weighing 150 kg or more, or consisting of 5 or more cartons, are shipped on pallets via DHL.
